Blog Entry: The passing of George Carlin got me thinking of a few folks: Milton Berle (2002) -- Red Skelton (1997) -- Henny Youngman (1998) -- Jackie Gleason (1987) -- Jackie Vernon (1987) -- Redd Foxx (1991) -- Jack Benny (1974) -- George Burns (1996) - Flip Wilson (1998) -- Rodney Dangerfield (2004) -- Bob Hope (2003) -- Foster Brooks (2001) -- Brother Dave Gardner (1983) And now George is gone as well. I have and will continue to miss them greatly. They made me laugh. Just realized the time - almost 10:00 a.m. -- going to open a cold brew and put on a Carlin tape. He makes me laugh.
