Howdy folks - havn't blogged for a good long time - figured it was time. Preparing for my weekend initiation into the mysterious & secret fraternity of E Clampus Vitus. Preparations for my ordeal include (but are not limited to): deep knee bends - 1 set, 2 reps violent brushing of teeth heavy bouts of drinking frequent periods of meditation I keep reminding myself that after 2 days of humiliation and unspeakable grossness -- I will ascend from a PBC (poor blind candidate) to a bona fide member of the Clampers. Then I get to meet and rejoice with the Grand Noble Humbug himself & swear the oath "CREDO QUIA ABSURDUM Raef the Shaff
